As Were Estate is a small boutique wine brand, we were interested in increasing direct sales through our website but we didn't know where to start.
Qclick had the answers, initially in assisting with design and webpage layout advice, to then training us to "self manage" our new shopping cart. This feature we really liked and it allows us to change any information on the website with the click of a button. It really is that easy and didn't require any technical computer knowledge on our behalf.
The results for the first 12 months have seen a 10 fold increase in web orders with many cutomers commenting on how easy the shopping cart is to use and all information is clearly displayed.
